MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi there, I’m Sandy!
I specialize in behaviour-based coaching approach with a particular interest in gut health and hormonal balance.
Besides being a nutrition coach, I am a Registered Massage Therapist who has been helping people relieve their body aches and pains for the last 16 years. I have also completed a 200-hour yoga teaching program, as well as a certification in resistance training in order to provide a well-rounded whole-body approach.
I live in Ontario, Canada with my husband, little chihuahua, Rocky, and Kiki the cat and spend our summer weekends camping, and trade in part of our winters for sunnier destinations.

I am committed to holding you accountable, to motivate you, and to guide you every step of the way during this healing journey.
During our time together, I will teach you skills and habits that you can incorporate in the long term that will help you improve and maintain your health. You will check in with me weekly to go over how things went, incorporating new skills as we go along and providing ongoing support between calls for any doubts or concerns that may arise.
