MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi there, I’m Sandy!
I specialize in behaviour-based coaching approach with a particular interest in gut health and hormonal balance.
Besides being a nutrition coach, I am a Registered Massage Therapist who has been helping people relieve their body aches and pains for the last 16 years. I have also completed a 200-hour yoga teaching program, as well as a certification in resistance training in order to provide a well-rounded whole-body approach.
I live in Ontario, Canada with my husband, little chihuahua, Rocky, and Kiki the cat and spend our summer weekends camping, and trade in part of our winters for sunnier destinations.

VITAMIN D3 & K2
Vitamin D tops my list as as an important nutrient to have because it not only helps maintain healthy bones, but it also strengthens immune function and may help in improving fatigue, muscle weakness and depression.
The best way to get your daily dose of Vitamin D is through sun exposure. However, if you are having a hard time doing this, then you should take a supplement and include vitamin K2 as they work synergistically in managing calcium metabolism and assimilation.
Magnesium Bisglycinate
This supplement is also one of my favourites. Most of us are deficient in magnesium bisglycinate due to a variety of things like stress levels, disease, heavy metals, GI issues, loss of fluids such as prolonged sweating when exercising, etc.
It is important for energy production and maintaining healthy muscle contractile function. It also regulates calcium channels and therefore may play an important role in controlling cramping.
